Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Lion Bear Media, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services tailored to help businesses grow. Due to the nature of our services, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policies:

Service-Based Projects (Web Design, SEO, Media, etc.)

Once a service has begun, refunds are not available for work already completed. If a project is canceled before work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on the scope and timeline of the service agreement.

Monthly Retainer Services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.)

Clients on monthly service plans may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once work has commenced.

Strategy Calls, Audits, and One-Time Consultations

All sales are final for one-time sessions, digital audits, or consulting services. No refunds will be issued once the session or service has been delivered.

Subscription Software (DigitalBizBox or Other SaaS)

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time via your client portal or by contacting us at contact@lionbearmedia.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
